"Office space" for the near self employed

I am rushing around for my office space for a few days in Gurgaon. A good friend refers to Gurgaon as "India's Texas" wild wild west and all, here property dealers are virtually coming out of the plaster, everywhere. I went to one of the “shopping arcades” (what and why are they selling i have no clue) near Park Plaza and found the rates for lease fair enough. The offices there come in for around 8-9k on the upper floors. Though I must warn you, there are some over guys who are high early in the morning and quoting 17k as well. Just an FYI to the "desperately seeking office space" and "near self employed"
